…to my best friend, the kindest person i’ve ever met, the most supportive person in my life, the g-man himself…

here’s graeme and me celebrating his birthday last year at le crocodile with his family:

my friend ali wanted these photos, but her email is down… so now, i’m sharing them with you, but really just by way of sharing them with her…

i’ve been getting these ridiculous headaches lately, and after seeing a doctor about it today, i decided to buy a flower on my way home.  i don’t have a regular vase that can hold multiple flowers, but i found one perfect one for my tiny bird vase …

there has been an insane fog hanging over vancouver for at least a week, and i’m really loving it.  it’s so dense and beautiful… sometimes, i can’t even see out the window, there’s so much of it.

this was taken at sunset a few days ago…

i loved their reception — it was so flexible and relaxed, and just about everyone hanging out and  having a good time over at cecil green.  (side note:  where were those sandwiches from??  they were truly the best sandwiches ever)

danielle was such a willing model!  at random points in the day, i’d grab her and ask her to pose, and she was so happy to do so.  and i’ll never forget when i told her we’d be going to the skytrain station for their portraits, and she said in a completely straightforward way, “that’s ok, i trust you.”  i LOOOOVEEE them both for being just perfect clients.

dave & danielle, enjoy your honeymoon in mexico, and keep in touch after you return… i’m so grateful to have met you both and look forward to hanging out in the future!!  congratulations on your marriage and best of luck in EVERYTHING!!!
